If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within the 365-day performance guarantee period, please contact us at support@kollecktion.com.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters the processing phase, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

  • If you cancel your order within the 24-hour timeframe, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

365-Day Performance Guarantee

We believe in the effectiveness of our products and want you to experience their full benefits.

  • Eligibility: If your product does not work as described by being liquid-proof up to 1 liter and stainproof, you may return the item(s) after 14 days of use, but within the 365-day performance guarantee period.
  • Refund Terms: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take extra care to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your product is damaged during shipping, we’re here to help.

  • Report Damages: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@kollecktion.com with clear photos of the damaged product.
  • Eligibility for Replacement: A replacement may be issued at no cost to you if the item has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging alone (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify for a replacement if the product inside is unaffected.
  • Exclusions: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order on time, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs delays.

  • Responsibility: Kollecktion.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the courier.
  • For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Corrections: If you need to update your address, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Non-Eligibility: If we are not notified within this timeframe, resends or refunds will not be issued for items sent to incorrect addresses.
